The Huanghua Port Distribution and Dispatching Master Station System Project is connected to 3x 110kV substations and 40x 6kV substations in Huanghua Port under China Energy Group, and meets the demand of long-term access to a large number of substations/distribution substations. The systems provided by CYG ET include the dispatching automation data acquisition (FEP), monitoring and control (SCADA), advanced application (PAS), power training system (DTS) and WEB browsing and publishing. The system features flexible function configuration and easy operation and maintenance, and realizes the running status monitoring of electrical equipment in each substation. Through the deployment of PAS function, the primary equipment network modeling, network topology, state estimation, dispatcher power flow, load forecasting, short-circuit current calculation and static safety analysis of primary equipment in the whole plant can be realized. In addition, the system cooperates with the integrated monitoring platform of the auxiliary system to realize all-weather state monitoring and intelligent control of the main electrical equipment, key equipment installation sites and the surrounding environment of the whole station, which fully guarantees the safe and stable operation of the power system.
