Data collection and analysis 

According to the data collected based on customers' needs, analyze the data level of customers' carbon emissions, potential of energy-saving technological transformation, technological innovation capability, renewable energy substitution ratio, carbon sink absorption and other indicators and take them as the basis for setting targets. 

Goal setting

Collect data and analyze the results according to the customer's needs; Based on the customer's situation, build a green and low-carbon system to reduce carbon emissions with the steady decline of carbon emissions per unit output/per capita and the total carbon emissions of enterprises/industrial parks/school as the main target. Specifically, it can include: the time point to achieve the carbon reduction target, the use ratio of clean energy, the emission per unit product, the emission per unit output , the amount of energy saving, the emission reductions, the amount of carbon dioxide recovered and utilized, the carbon sink reserve, etc. 

Preparation of plans 

Prepare the plans after reaching consensus with customers on the goals of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality" and related path planning contents. The contents mainly include: 

(1) The basic information of enterprises/ industrial parks/schools, that is, the description of carbon emissions; 

(2) The explanation of the report boundary and the description of the process of determining the boundary; 

(3) Put forward the goals of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality" according to customer needs and decompose the goals; 

(4) Research and plan the specific paths of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality"; 

(5) Determine the action plans of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality".
