● Solution of new energy integrated power control system

The integrated power control system integrating wind power/PV/energy storage AGVC, primary frequency modulation, dynamic voltage regulation, inertia support, damping control, panoramic monitoring, measuring and control of containerised transformers, and protocol management has the performance advantages of high integration degree and fast response speed. It can greatly accelerate the response speed of an new energy station while reducing the number and cost of equipment/system configuration of the station. The PRS series all-in-one machines integrating energy storage, inversion and boost functions optimize and integrate PRS-7563 PCS, switch cabinet and transformer. The prefabricated products greatly shorten the construction periods of power stations, and reduce the cost of system design. 2.5 MW, 3MW, 3.45 MW and other specifications are optional, and machines can be customized according to project requirements.

● Solution of distributed energy storage system with an outdoor cabinet

LFP batteries, BMSs, PCSs, monitoring module, power distribution module, fire prevention and temperature control modules are highly integrated into a standardized outdoor cabinet. The solution is characterized by small footprint, good cost performance, high efficiency, intelligence and user-friendliness, high-level safety, etc. It can realize strategies such as peak shaving and valley filling, demand management, demand-side response, and integration of PV, energy storage and charging. CYG ET has launched two outdoor energy storage cabinets, 50kW/100kWh and 100kW/200kWh. Parallel connection of multiple cabinets is supported. The PRS-3000 energy storage monitoring cloud platform of CYG ET has a user-friendly interface, and has the power station effect index evaluation and income analysis module, and functions of fault alarm analysis and remote monitoring, etc.; Based on the neural network algorithm model, the platform can analyze actual operating conditions of the whole life cycle of batteries, effectively judge battery attenuation, identify battery abnormality, diagnose faults, give early warnings or suggest repair and maintenance, and analyze the related factors affecting the battery performance; Based on the genetic algorithm model, and the current actual operating state of PCSs, the platform can identify early signs of faults after detection, judge the severity and development trend of faults, and determine the best maintenance time and make maintenance plans by using the health management system.
