01 Kunshan distributed PV power generation project is successfully put into operation

In September 2022, the Kunshan 1591.6 kW roof distributed PV power generation project invested and constructed by CYG Comprehensive Energy successfully passed the acceptance inspection of the power supply department and was officially put into operation for power generation.


The project is located in the Economic Development Zone of Kunshan, which is the first of the top 100 counties in China. CYG Comprehensive Energy followed the Kunshan Municipal Government's principle of “building PV power generation systems as many as possible", and made full use of unused roofs to build distributed PV power generation systems. The total roof area is about 20,000 square meters, and a total of 3,460 pieces of 460Wp monocrystalline silicon modules are installed. With four 400V low-voltage grid-connection points, power can be generated and used by the project owner, and surplus power can be sold through grids. The total installed capacity of the project is 1,591.6 kW.

After grid-connected operation, the project produces about 1.6 million kWh of high-quality clean and high-quality "green power" every year, saving about 512t of standard coal, reducing more than 1,600t of carbon dioxide and saving more than 6,400t of purified water every year. In addition, the PV project not only provides Kunshan with benefits from energy saving, but also contributes to the low-carbon production and life in the park, realizes energy conservation and emission reduction, alleviates power rationing in summer, and promotes low-carbon and efficient utilization of clean energy.


02 Distributed photovoltaic power generation projects of Meibao and Jian’ao are connected to grids

After Lingguang’s 1.392 MW distributed PV power generation project in Liuzhou, Guangxi was put into operation, the 350.55 kW distributed PV power generation project of Guangxi Meibao Electric Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meibao Project") and the 803.7 kW distributed PV power generation project of Yulin Jian’ao Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jian’ao Project") that were invested and constructed by CYG Comprehensive Energy were officially connected to grids for power generation in November 2022.

The projects are located in Yuzhou District, Yulin City. The Meibao Project is on a concrete roof, with a total of 738 pieces of 460Wp monocrystalline PV modules installed. The project has an average annual power generation of 354,000 kWh and can realize an average annual reduction of carbon dioxide emission by about 354t; The Jian’ao Project is on a color steel tile roof, with 1,692 pieces of 460Wp monocrystalline PV modules installed. The project has an average annual power generation of 744,000 kWh and can realize an average annual reduction of carbon dioxide emission by about 744t. Both projects are connected to the grid at low voltage of 400V, Power generated by the PV systems is preferentially supplied to the plant area, and surplus power is sent to the power grids.

03 Join hands with Stard to empower machining with green energy

Key words: Complete construction in 45 days, successful connection to the grid in 60 days

In December 2022, the "899.76 kW distributed PV power generation project of Suzhou SIP Stard Valve Co., Ltd.”, which was invested and constructed by CYG Comprehensive Energy, was successfully connected to the grid for power generation.3f2d22177777aa36e1d0506d6fc25ded.jpg

In this project, an existing color steel roof is comprehensively utilized, and 1956 high-efficiency monocrystalline modules are installed. The total installed capacity is 899.76 kW. In order to complete the construction with high quality, on the premise of taking normal epidemic prevention and control measures, the project team took the initiative to work overtime during holidays, so as to ensure the progress of the project construction. The construction in two factories was completed in only 45 days, meeting the acceptance conditions of grid-connected power generation. Finally the power transmission and grid-connected operation of the project were completed in 60 days with quality and quantity requirements met.
